Karen Eliza Harvey

An improviser at heart, Karen Eliza is an artist whose work integrates elements of space, movement, visual art, and presence. After earning her degree in Contemporary Dance (2004), she spent 14 years performing and choreographing in New York City and Berlin—environments that deeply shaped her understanding of kinetic energy and spatial awareness.

Through her own path of healing, she integrated a long-term meditation practice and completed presence training with Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng. After expanding her spatial discipline with a degree in Interior Design (2025), she now anchors her work in the ritual of a daily practice.

Today, her work oscillates between visual art, public installations, somatic education, and spatial consulting. She enjoys cultivating spaces, moments, and visual works that facilitate inner stillness, somatic awareness, and embodied flow.
